@goo1358 I do concur with your thoughts but still this does not change the fact that the brother had a different car than the one approved and it had bhang in it.Then why read the riot act and talk about collective responsibility then only tell us he is going to suggest/recommend to the president.He either recommends and tells us the president did nothing or keep quiet.We are well aware of our problems,we need solutions to them.

@paulKamondo Raila might hold the second office in the country but Kibaki appoints the judges, Army Officers, AG, Dc's, Pc,s, PS, Parastatal heads, ministers Chief justice, eck officers...so who has power...Raila or Kibaki? Raila can't do anything without support from Kibaki. That is why his hands are tied
