2. Failure does not demand visionary leaders at type of organisations, so much as successful organsn. needs them. This is because fear of uncertainty of a future damaged by failure brings out the best that every employee is capable of and induces him/her to act and discharge responsibilities and walk an extra mile, so that balance is restored. Good leadership taps on this truth, envisions new vistas through use of better technology, customer satisfaction, latent demands, better products,&c.

Not uncommonly, the absence of true management leaders at the top of organisations leads to decline and decay when organisations "succeed", establish a "brand" and "demand" for its servies/ products soars due to which customers/ .. are taken for granted. Arrogance and deception ruin successful organisations, even as budding competitors have found their bearings and very soon dislodge the successful ones offering quality products/ services at far more affordable costs to customers/ users.

Remember the dialogue from the movie Sarkar "Takat logo ko jodne se banti hai, unko todne se nahi"

Vikram, Even I am a staunch hindu. A Loyal BJP worker. A Big fan of Narendra Modi and Nitin Gadkari. However even the people at top leadership will disagree with you. We've grown out because of our attitude toward life and not because of our religions. Any fanatic, be it a Hindu / Muslim / Christian etc. has a rigid, inferior and closed attitude toward life and will never grow. Right now even though You and I are Hindu, you're being a fanatic and believe me this attitude will never let you grow.

India will become a super power if the people like vikramsrivastava is wiped out, The people who called as muslims, christians or as you say Dalits are all indians, Some may like chapathi, and some may like rise, its their own wish which to be taken and no one can force on that, first try to educate yourself and then teach others!
