Apart from eating healthy, I'm also physically active. There goes your theory that it is only the ones with issues who deny the effectiveness of physical activity and proper eating/sleeping habits.

Then tell us what will help wiseguy. You must be one of those morons who thinks that you can snap out of it. Be happy that you're lucky enough not to experience chronic depression and/or anxiety. Stop insulting people. Your attitude is truly idiotic. It's like me telling people with cancer or some chronic disease to stop feeling sorry for themselves.

@ RandyBful1 I don't eat processed food, I eat very healthy yet I'm always anxious and depressed. Hence your claim that all illnesses are caused by the poisons in the food and drugs is completely wrong.

Please don't feel as though I am discounting your statement, it appears you are interested in learning about this. It does take some time, not long though to wipe your mind of much of the brainwashing and put new stuff on it. You have to condition it so it stays too. You have to stay away from the bad habits or things you want out and replace them with new things you want. If you want referrals to some great material I would be happy to help. Find love peace and happiness, then spread it!

Metsada007, I like you felt this way much of my life. I am 40 now and have spent the last two years of my life delving into personal development. I did much of the same thing in my 20s but with money as my goal for learning. I wish had went with personal development. It is what you focus on. I know that sounds lame, but it's true. You have to be in the right mindset and it works. You are correct your choices affect your mood, just continue to make ones that serve you well.
