SERIOUSLY -- this whole incident shows that U.S. airlines NEED TO BE RE-REGULATED. WRITE YOUR CONGRESSMAN and tell 'em to back the hell off of nonsense like carbon credits, etc., and pass a bill that will make a difference to Millions of us: REREGULATE THE AIRLINES. MAKE THEM TREAT PEOPLE PROPERLY!!! DO IT NOW; DON'T DELAY! If you do, the next step will be TSA agents with proctoscopes and believe me, you DON'T want THAT!!!

My daughter was just refused gate checking for her valuable cello on SLC American Airlines, and it was broken too. The policies are ridiculous! Because her high-tech safety case was not damaged, there is no compensation. Are you interested in a collaboration for hate-song #3?
