I take a B complex for the theraputic managment of my anxiety/panic. It works better than any anti depressannt ive ever tried. No lie. Good video man, I will start to take a few days off for my body to unburden, etc. (Although I take pretty low doses anyways).

Another really good balanced explanation.

No, the Upper Limit for Vitamin B6 is 100 mg--and since it is water soluable, it will be out of your system in a days time. Don't take more than 100 mg from supplements, or you are asking for problems.

Question: I take ZMA as a workout supplement, and it includes ~10 mg B6 per serving, taken daily. Do you think this is problematic?
