Drink hot not boiled green tea to get the most EGCG, a powerful antioxidant. Don't add milk because it negates the properties. Green tea may prevent and reduces RA symptoms in mice. Human trials currently being developed. I thought I should pass this info around. I got it from personalliberty website.
